This Guidance Note summarises the requirements of Australian State and Territory Regulatory Authorities for new Pressure Equipment i.e. the applicable Standard, and the need for design verification and equipment registration based on Hazard Level or equivalent. It also identifies the relevant regulations, and gives contact details for the relevant authority.
